01The symptoms

Does any of this sound like your account?

Three patterns show up in almost every UAE ad account we audit. If two of them sound familiar, your problem is not the size of the budget.

Cheap leads that never buy

“My leads are cheap — so why is nobody buying?”

A cheap lead is not a good lead. Campaigns tuned to form-fills collect the curious, not the buyers. The fix is optimising on the down-funnel signals your CRM actually confirms — so the platform learns what a customer looks like, not what a form looks like.

Where ad budget leaks

“Where is a third of my budget actually going?”

Broad targeting nobody has reviewed in months, campaigns bidding against each other, placements that have never once converted. Individually small, together they quietly take a fifth to a third of the monthly spend — and they never appear as a line item.

Clicks that never get measured

“How do I know the numbers in the dashboard are real?”

If the pixel fires late, twice, or not at all, the algorithm is learning from noise — and every decision after that is built on it. Clean, server-verified tracking is the cheapest performance upgrade in paid media, and the one most accounts skip.

02Budget

Spend smarter before you spend more

Doubling the budget on an account that wastes a third of it doubles the waste too. Scaling is the reward for a clean account, not the fix for a broken one — so we close the leaks first, then put your money where it already works.

Option A

Raise the budget on the account you have

  • The same wasted placements get more money
  • Cost per lead usually rises as the audience widens
  • The algorithm keeps optimising toward the wrong event
  • Volume goes up, closed deals stay flat — and nobody can explain why
Option B — how we start

Fix the leak, then scale what pays

  • Wasted spend is recovered and re-spent, not requested
  • Tracking is verified first, so the platform learns from real outcomes
  • Budget concentrates in the audiences and keywords that already convert
  • When you do increase spend, you already know what it will buy

The four leaks we close before touching your budget

  1. Overlapping audiences

Your own campaigns bidding against each other, raising your own cost per click.

  2. Placements that never convert

Networks and positions left on by default because nobody opened the placement report.

  3. The wrong conversion event

Optimising for page views or form-fills when the business is paid for closed deals.

  4. A page that breaks the promise

Traffic you paid for landing on a slow page that answers a different question than the ad asked.

03Platform selection

Which platform is right for you? Meta, Google, Snapchat or TikTok?

The answer is whichever one your industry, margin and buying cycle point to — not whichever one is trending. We run all four in-house, so we have nothing to defend: a car service centre, a clinic, a lubricants distributor and a fashion store rarely belong on the same platform mix.

  1. What are you actually selling?

Ticket size, margin and repeat value decide how much a qualified lead can cost before the maths stops working.

  2. How do your customers decide?

An emergency service is searched for. A new product has to be shown. Those are two different platforms, not two budgets on the same one.

  3. Where does that decision happen?

Language, emirate, age and device change the answer — the UAE is not one audience, and Gulf-wide is not the same as Dubai.

Open a platform to see when it’s right — and when it isn’t

Nobody is searching for you yet

Nobody is searching for you yet

Choose Meta when

The widest reach in the UAE and the strongest interest and lookalike targeting — built for demand creation, putting an offer in front of people who were not looking for it.

Right when

  • The offer has to be shown before it can be wanted
  • You have audience data worth building lookalikes from
  • Volume matters more than raw intent

Wrong when

  • Your category is bought the moment a problem appears
  • The purchase is urgent and comparison-driven
04How decisions get made

Numbers don’t lie — so be ready to be surprised

We start with a hypothesis, not a conviction. Then we test it small, read what the data says, and follow it — even when it contradicts the platform everyone in your category swears by, and even when it contradicts our own first recommendation.

We test before we commit your budget

A controlled test with one variable changed at a time and a budget small enough to be wrong with. Opinions about platforms are cheap; a two-week read on your own audience is not.

Your CRM is the scoreboard, not the ad platform

Every platform reports itself generously. We judge campaigns on leads your sales team confirmed as qualified — the only number that survives contact with your bank account.

We cut what we like if it doesn’t pay

Including our own idea, the creative we were proud of, and the platform we recommended in week one. Nothing stays in the account because of who suggested it.

So expect at least one uncomfortable finding. The platform your competitors ignore may be your cheapest qualified lead; the campaign you are proudest of may be the one paying for itself and nothing else. We would rather tell you in month one than protect the plan.
What the data usually reveals first
05Where we start

Before we spend a dirham, we find out where the last ones went

Every account we take on starts the same way: a full read of what is already running. It is the first piece of work we do for you — included in the engagement, not billed as a separate project — because we will not put new money into an account we have not read. You get the findings in writing, with the fixes ranked by impact, including anything we think you should simply fix yourself rather than pay anyone for.

What it covers

  • Account structurecampaigns competing with each other, overlapping audiences, budget trapped in the wrong place
  • Tracking healthwhether your pixel, conversion API and events actually fire, and whether platform numbers match reality
  • Spend distributionwhich placements, audiences and keywords have never produced a qualified lead
  • The landing experienceload time, and whether the page keeps the promise the ad made
  • Platform fitwhether the money is on the right platforms for your industry and goal at all

How we get there

  1. A free consultation

We talk through your goals, your market and what is running now. No cost, and no commitment on either side.

  2. A proposal you can say no to

Scope, platforms we would start on, and the fee — in writing. If the numbers do not work for your business, we will say so.

  3. Week one: the audit

Once we are working together, the audit is the first thing delivered — before any new campaign goes live or any budget moves.

06What we build

So what actually changes in your account?

Six parts, built as one system. A campaign is only as strong as the weakest of them — which is why running ads without the tracking, the page and the follow-up rarely works.

What we do

  • Structure, spend distribution and campaign overlap mapped
  • Tracking health checked before anything is judged by it
  • Wasted placements, audiences and keywords listed with figures

What you get

  • A written list of what to cut, ranked by what it costs you
  • An account rebuilt on the parts that were already working

07How we work

What happens in your first 30 days?

Measurement first, spend second. We do not scale an account we cannot read.

  1. Access and audit

You grant access; we read the account line by line and come back with what is leaking and what is worth keeping.

  2. Fix the measurement

Pixel, conversion API and server-side events rebuilt and verified before a single new dirham is spent — otherwise the algorithm learns from noise.

  3. Build

Campaign structure, audiences, creative and the page the ads point at — prepared as one system, not as separate tasks.

  4. Launch and learn

Campaigns go live in a deliberate learning phase, with a test budget on the platform we believe fits you. Early numbers are read as signal, not as results.

  5. The weekly loop

Every week: what to cut, what to scale, what to test next — measured against qualified leads rather than clicks.

08Reporting

You’ll always know what we changed, why, and what it moved

Most reports list activity. Ours report decisions: what we changed, why we changed it, and what it moved. If a month was flat, it says so — with what we are doing about it.

  • Monthly — performance against the goal, spend efficiency, and the plan for the month ahead
  • Reported on qualified leads confirmed in your CRM, not only platform-reported conversions
  • A named person you actually speak to — not a ticket queue
  • What we need from you: ad account access, pixel permissions, CRM access and your offer details

09FAQ

Still deciding?

Shouldn’t we just increase the budget first?

Only once the account can take it. If a fifth to a third of the current spend is going to overlapping audiences, dead placements and the wrong conversion event, adding budget scales the waste at the same rate as the results. We fix the leaks, prove the account converts efficiently, and then scaling is a decision with a predictable outcome instead of a hope.

What if the data says to drop a platform we believe in?

We show you the numbers and recommend the move; the decision stays yours. Usually we propose reducing rather than removing — keeping a small budget live so the platform can be re-tested later with better creative or a different offer, since a platform that failed with the wrong assets has not really been tested yet.

What is the minimum ad budget to work with you?

It depends on the platform and the goal — a lead-generation campaign in a quiet niche needs far less than Shopping in a contested category. Tell us the goal and the market and we will say honestly whether the budget is enough to learn from. We would rather decline than spread a budget too thin to produce data.

How is your fee structured?

A monthly management fee, quoted in the proposal, based on the number of platforms, the volume of creative and whether landing pages are part of the scope. The opening audit is part of that fee rather than an extra line item, and your ad spend is always paid by you, directly to the platforms, from your own accounts.

Do you need access to my ad accounts?

Yes — we work inside your accounts, and they stay yours. We ask for partner-level access to the ad platforms, permissions on the pixel and conversion API, and access to your CRM so we can report on qualified leads instead of form fills. You keep ownership of everything, including whatever we build.

When will I see results?

The order is predictable even when the timeline is not: tracking is fixed first, campaigns then launch into a learning phase, and optimisation starts producing once there is enough clean data to act on. Anyone promising a specific result on a specific date has not looked at your account.

I am already with another agency — how does a switch work?

It starts with a consultation and a proposal. If you do move, week one is the audit, and we take over inside your existing accounts rather than starting from zero — the campaign history and the platform learning are assets worth keeping.

Who makes the ad creative?

That is your choice. Media production is a separate package: take it and we produce the hooks, statics and video variations in-house, in Arabic and English, built per platform and rotated before fatigue sets in. Prefer to use your own assets, or your existing brand or production team? Send them over and we will run with them — and tell you honestly when the creative is the reason a campaign is underperforming.

Let’s start with a conversation about your account

Send your details and we’ll come back within one business day: what we would look at first, which platforms we would start on, and a proposal you can say no to. The consultation is free, with no obligation.
